Risk of Loss All items purchased from our website are made pursuant to a shipment contract. The risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Governing Law This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the substantive laws of San Diego, California, without any reference to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute, controversy or difference which may arise between the parties out of, in relation to, or in connection with this agreement is hereby irrevocably submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of San Diego, California, to the exclusion of any other courts without giving effect to its conflict of laws, provisions or your actual state or country of residence.

General Terms All prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Products become the sole property of the purchaser upon delivery to the specified shipping agent. For shipping damage, customers should file claim to their carrier immediately. Any discrepancy, including wrong items or missing items, should be reported to The Redesign Habit at support@theredesignhabit.com within 24 hours of receipt of the product. Because of the nature of the internet, online ordering your purchase from The Redesign Habit acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.

 

Return Policy

  • All order changes, cancellations or return requests of any sort must be reported via email to support@theredesignhabit.com prior to shipping.

  • Any defective items may be returned for a replacement or a complete refund. The Redesign Habit reserves the right to replace defective parts or to issue a refund if The Redesign Habit sees more fit.

  • All returns must be returned in the original packing with all applicable product pieces and a copy of original purchase invoice. You may need to cover the cost of shipping. Please use a shipping company that can track packages. We are not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.

 

What This Warranty Does Not Cover This warranty does not cover: conditions resulting from consumer mishandling such as misuse, abuse, accident, or alteration.

Purchaser agrees to use at own risk and keep out of reach of children or those who may hurt themselves. Back Order Policy If you order an out-of-stock product from us, we will email you to let you know when we expect that product to be available. You will be among the first to receive the item. No additional shipping and handling charges will be added when your order ships.
